With the internal mode, you might experience the need to urinate more frequently, but this will go away in a few days. The Silk’n Tightra requires no recovery time and is pain-free.

Yes, the gel is a conductor for effective RF energy distribution. For internal use, apply a small amount of the Silk’n Intimate Gel supplied with the device to all the electrodes. For the external use, apply the gel to the 3 chrome electrodes. There is no need to apply gel internally. You can always buy extra gel at our store.

If you decide to use another type of gel other than Silk’n Intimate Gel, it is important that this is a water-based lubricant. Do not use any other type of gel.

The internal mode is used to tighten the vaginal tissue and muscles to improve sexual activity. Remember to apply a small amount of the Silk’n Intimate Gel to all the electrodes. Always start with the low energy setting, so you can feel which is the correct intensity for you, and/or build up the treatment from there.

You must lie down and make yourself comfortable with the chosen energy level. Insert the electrode into the vagina as far as is comfortable for you. Rotate it from time to time to maintain conductivity. The session should take 20 minutes, after which the device will shutdown automatically.

NEVER use a energy level that makes you feel uncomfortable. In case it happens, stop the session, reset the Tightra device to a lower setting, and perform the full 20 minute session in this setting.

Use externally to tighten the external vulva skin tissue for an improved vaginal appearance. It’s important the surrounding skin is shaved, clean and dry. Short press the control button 3 times. Apply a small amount of the Silk’n Intimate Gel to the 3 chrome-colored electrodes. Use the device while lying down, if necessary, use a mirror for accurate application. The electrode must be placed on the labia and in good contact with the skin. Move it slowly but firmly across the skin in linear or circular motions. After 20 minutes session, the device will shutdown automatically.

It’s recommended to avoid very hot water for 2 days after use.

If using twice a week, internally and/or externally, you’ll see noticeable results after 3-4 weeks. The full treatment cycle takes 4-5 weeks. Once the cycle is completed, reduce gradually to once a week, then to every 2 weeks or less, and so forth. Note that results vary per person.
